We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can help to make Liberia and the world at large an improved hygiene condition.
CONCERN FOR HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE
CONCERN FOR HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE is a registered Local Non-Governmental Organization (LNGO) for fumigation purposes.The LNGO is accredited by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Liberia Business Registry and the Ministry of Health. Our objective is to eliminate pet such as rats, cockroaches, mosquitoes, termites etc. in Liberia. These pets cause malaria, typhoid, yellow fever resulting to many deaths of which majority are unable to pay for medication/hospital bills. CHA has 18 men and women trained. The training is conducted by the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Services of Montserrado Health Team in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. This is an ongoing process as long as assistances are available. We have already begun in Montserrado County, District 9, Raymond field Community which comprises of four blocks namely: A, B, C, and D.
